We had an urgent SMEG delivery before 18:00.  The item had arrived in Cape Town, however the vehicle scheduled to deliver this on the second trip was delayed at another delivery point.

After much calling around to alternate drivers, but with no joy, Jared waited for the first returning vehicle and personally delivered it to the client at the Radisson Blu on the 20^th floor at 17:17.

We take this opportunity to thank Ruan who works consistently and diligently.  He is always so positive and encouraging.

Ruan arrives anytime in the morning between 05h00 and 06h30 and works until whatever time including weekends without being asked – he steps up to the plate and raises his hand.  He easily steps in when the Operations Manager, Hotze v Heerden, is not around or on leave and even if Hotze is present – Ruan handles all staff and any crisis with ease – nothing is ever too much.

Ruan is an awesome role model whom I am very humbled and honoured to work with, thank you Ruan aka Ruru.

Thank you Len for going the extra mile.

Len arranged a pamper day for all the female staff as a thank you for all our hard work and an evening out for the guys.

He resolves matters to such a level that the staff feel uplifted and motivated – he doesn’t just reprimand he teaches and guides as well.  Len is available 24/7, his phone is never off.  He is always on top of his game, always aware of what is happening in the branch and provides assistance when required irrespective of the time.  He always smiles no matter how tough the day is – sometimes you can see he is taking strain and his day is difficult, but he will never say he is too busy, he always makes himself available and takes time to listen, which is nice.

So thank you Len, you are an amazing Branch Manager.
