On the 6th of August we had a call from a Herbalife customer very upset that her parcel was misrouted to the incorrect hub. We arranged that she received her parcel the following morning before she left for work at 05h45am. Mpudi did not complain at all that he had to get up early to collect the parcel from our hub and to deliver to the client by that given time.
